The [Company Master] is required for all company roles.
TradeWaltz has established system privileges called Company Roles to control the access that specified users have to designated features and data. There are a total of 8 different company roles. Please see below for details.

１．Mandatory Fields
The following items must be set in the [Company Master].

※1 The [Approval Required] refers to whether or not the approval feature is used in TradeWaltz.
- When the setting is configured as [On (Approval Required)], the approval process and status become accessible to the approver.
- When the setting is configured as [Off (Automatic Approval)], the approval process is bypassed, and the system automatically approves the request. The approval status is not available.

※2 Each authentication method corresponds to the following:
- ID/Password + OTP : In addition to ID (email address) and password authentication, two-factor authentication with one-time password (OTP) is used
- ID/Password + GIP : In addition to ID (email address) and password authentication, global IP address (GIP) connection restrictions are used
- ID/Password + OTP + GIP : In addition to ID (e-mail address) and password authentication, two-factor authentication with one-time password (OTP) and global IP address (GIP) connection restrictions are used.
【Important】Once the authentication method has been set, it cannot be changed later. To select the most appropriate authentication method, please consult with the IT and security staff of your company before making a decision.
