【Procedure for deleting files from the Export Customs Permit and Import Customs Permit】
1. After signing in to TradeWaltz, click [Pools] on the side menu. The image below shows [Export Customs Permit].
2. Moves to the [Pool List] screen. The image below shows the [Export Customs Permit List] screen.
① Enter search conditions and ② click [Search].
3. A list of files that match the search criteria will be displayed. The image below shows the [Export Customs Permit List] screen. Click [Menu] on the right side of the screen, and then click [Delete Mode] from the drop-down list.
4. A list of files that can be deleted is displayed. Files that can be deleted are ① those that have not yet been linked to a process or ② have generated with an alert.
5. Check ① the checkboxes of the files you wish to delete and ② click [Delete]. Multiple files can be selected at once by checking the checkboxes in the list header section.
6. When a pop-up window appears asking if you wish to delete the file, click [OK] to delete the file.
【Procedure for Deleting Files from the Marine Insurance Pool and the Letter of Credit Pool】
Only the person in charge of the insurance company who issued the relevant insurance policy can delete files from the marine insurance pool.
Only the person in charge at the bank who notified the relevant Letter of Credit can delete files from the Letter of Credit pool.

2. Delete files linked to the pool and the process
【Procedure for deleting files from the Export Customs Permit Pool and Import Customs Permit Pool】
To delete a file that is already linked to the [Export Customs Permit] pool and the [Store Ex. Customs Permit] process, or to delete a file that is already linked to the [Import Customs Permit] pool and the [Store Im. Customs Permit] process, follow the steps below to un-connect the pool and process, and then delete the file from the pool.
1. Search for the file that the user wants to delete from the Pool List screen. The image below shows the [Export Customs Permit List] screen. Click on the file to open the Pool Details screen.
2. Scroll down the Pool Details screen and click on the process to which the user wants to link.
3. Click [Edit] on the [Process Details] screen to open the [Edit Process] screen. The image below shows the [Store Ex. Customs Permit] screen. If the [Edit] button is not displayed, check the status of the process and change the status to editable by clicking [Withdraw] in the [Menu] or [Return] from the linked section, as necessary.
4. ① Files linked to the process are displayed. ② Click [×] to unlink the files from the process.
5. Click [OK] on the pop-up window that appears to confirm to unlink.
6. Click [Apply] to register the process after unlinked.
7. Return to the Pool List screen. Files that have been unlinked from a process will be displayed with an alert. The following procedure is the same as deleting files that are not linked to a pool and a process.
【Procedure for deleting files from the Marine Insurance Pool and the Letter of Credit Pool】
To delete a file that has already been linked to the [Marine Insurance] pool and the [Store Insurance Policy] process, or to delete a file that has already been linked to the [Letter of Credit] pool and the [Store Letter of Credit] process, the file deletion from the pool is performed after unlinking between the pool and the process.
The procedure for unlinking the [Marine Insurance] pool from the [Store Insurance Policy] process and the procedure for linking the [Letter of Credit] pool from the [Store Letter of Credit] process are the same as the procedure for unlinking the [Export Customs Permit] pool from the [Store Ex. Customs Permit] process or the procedure for unlinking the [Import Customs Permit] pool from the [Store Im. Customs Permit] process.
Only the person in charge of the insurance company who issued the relevant insurance policy can delete the file of the [Marine Insurance] pool.
And only the person in charge of the bank that notified the relevant Letter of Credit can delete the file in the [Letter of Credit] pool.
