Comment Image Registration Procedure
The following is the procedure for registering an image in the comment window on the Export Shipping Instruction process details screen.
Registering images in the comment window follows the same steps as other screens.
1. Click the [Register Image] button displayed at the bottom right of the comment window.
2. The image registration screen for the comment window will be displayed.
3. If you have copied an image using the keyboard operation (Ctrl + C), click in the frame below and then use the keyboard operation (Ctrl + V) to paste it.
You can also click [Choose Local File] and select an individual image to upload.
Below are the specifications for registering images in the comment window.

| Maximum registered file size per operation | 10MB (megabytes) ※When registering the image that is larger than 10MB, an alert will appear on the registered screen and the [Register] button will be disabled. |
To delete an image that has been pasted on the image registration screen, press the [Backspace] key on your keyboard. Images can only be deleted before clicking the [Register] button.
４．After reviewing the image to be registered, click [Register].
５．The image will be registered in the comment window. Clicking on the registered image will allow you to view it in an enlarged format.
Things to keep in mind:

Once an image is registered, it cannot be deleted.

Users cannot register images and text simultaneously. Please register images and text separately.
