This article explains the dashboard feature of TradeWaltz, including the roles of each card, the information displayed, and how to edit them.

1. About each card on the dashboard
The dashboard offers 6 types of cards: News, Container Cards, Notice, Comments, Trading list, and Process list. The roles and display contents of each card are as follows.
News
Displays notifications from TradeWaltz. Information about seminars and maintenance will be posted here.
Container card
Displays the number of processes that require action by the user's organization. Note that the type of container card displayed varies depending on your company's master settings. If the user has the user role [ Company Admin] or if the approval function is enabled in the company master and the user has the user role [Approver], the [Approval Request : Requesting Your Approval] container card will be displayed on the dashboard.
*When using the user role [Company Admin], the number of processes will not be displayed in the container.
Notice
Displays a list of status updates for processes related to the user and notifications when the user is mentioned in comments. Unread notifications have a light blue background and turn white when read.
Clicking the process name takes you to the process details screen.
Comments
Displays a list of processes where the user is mentioned in comments.
Clicking the process name takes you to the process details screen.
Trading List
Displays transaction flows related to the user in order of update date and time.
Clicking on the Trading Name (Flow Name) will take you to the trading management screen.
Process List
Displays processes related to the user in order of update date and time.
Clicking on the process name will take you to the process details screen. Clicking on the Trading Name (Flow Name) will take you to the trading management screen.
2. Showing/hiding cards and sorting cards
The TradeWaltz dashboard can be customized for each user.
You can flexibly adjust the display content and layout for each user according to your work style and priorities.

Show/hide cards
Click your username in the top-right corner of the screen, then select [Dashboard Edit] from the menu that appears. A toggle switch (ON/OFF button) will appear in the top-right corner of each card, allowing you to toggle the card's visibility.
Sort cards
The display order can be rearranged by dragging and dropping.
