1. Comment Feature Overview
The comment feature allows users with the roles of PIC and Approver to send comments to a specific user or a process section on each process detail screen. You can also register images in the comments section. Please refer to the following article for details on how to register images.
The following is an image of comment registration on the [Imp. Instruction] process details screen.

How to send comments in Done
・PIC or Approver (FROM) : Withdraw first to change the process status from Done to Input in Progress, and then send comments.
・PIC (TO) : Send comments first. The process status will be automatically changed to Input in Progress.
In the [Issue Contract], [Export Shipping Instruction], and [Import Instruction] processes, the process status changes from Done to Inupt in Progress, allowing the To PIC to add and delete files even after the process status is complete.

2. Comment Registration Procedure
When registering a comment, you can use the mention, which allows you to send a notification to the other useres.
For more information on notification, see the article below.
Below is the procedure for registering comments with mentions.
(1) Enter "@" in the comment field and select the user to mention from the candidates displayed. Candidate users are displayed with the Section name, followed by the name of the PIC. Select the target to mention.
(2) Enter your comments and click the ▶ button to submit.
(3) Once the comment appears in the comment box, your submission is complete.
3. Automatic Updating of Comment Display and Confirmation of Mentions
(1) Automatic updating of comment display
Comments registered on each process detail screen are automatically updated every minute for display only. Mention and process status notifications are not subject to automatic updates.
(2) Confirmation of mentions
When a mention is made to an individual user, a ✔ mark will appear when the user to whom the mention is addressed views the comment. If a mention is sent to a section, the ✔ mark will not be displayed.
