1. Overview of Process Deletion
Depending on its process status, any process registered in TradeWaltz can be deleted. There are also two types of deletion methods and the results.
The following is a list of them.

2. Process Deletion in Trading Manage screen
If the process status is [Not Started], the process can be deleted in the [Trading Manage] screen.
Once a process has been deleted from the [Trading Manage] screen, the process will no longer be displayed on the [Trading Manage] screen.
In addition, the deleted process is not displayed on any Process List or Detail screen, and cannot be searched or referenced.
The following shows how to delete the [Store Export Customs Permit] process on the [Trading Manage] screen.
3. Process Deletion in Process Detail screen
When the process status is [Input in Progress], processes can be deleted in each Process Detail screen.
The result of process deletion depends on the operation of the target process by the From section user.
- If you clicked [Apply] more than once : [DELETE] stamp will be added to the [Trading Manage], each Process Detail, and each Process List screen. Search and reference will be available.
- Before clicking [Apply] : The process status changes from [Input in Progress] to [Not started]. Processes can be deleted in the [Trading Manage] screen.
The following is a delete step from the user in the From section of the [Export Shipping Instruction] process with at least one [Apply] click. The procedure is the same for the other processes as well.
1. Confirm that the process status of the relevant process is [Input in Progress]. Open the Process Detail screen of the relevant process in the From section user, click the [Menu] button, and click [Delete] from the pull-down menu.
2. Click [OK] when the pop-up appears.
3. The process status changes from [Input In Progress] to [Awaiting Confirmation(To)].
[DELETE] stamp will appear in the upper right corner of the process detail screen.
[Deletion Confirmation Request] notification will be sent to the user in the To section.
4. Click [Apply] on the user in the To section.
5. Click [OK] when the pop-up appears.
The process status becomes [Done] and the deletion is complete.
A [Deletion Request Approved] notification is sent to the user in the From section.
You can also confirm that the process has been deleted on the [Trading Manage] and each process list screen.
The [Trading Manage] screen will display the following.
The [Export Customs Clearance List] screen will display the following.
Things to keep in mind:
- Please refer to the following article for information about the notifications that users will receive for each of the operations.
- When the process status is [Awaiting Approval (From)], [Awaiting Confirmation (To)], [Awaiting Approval (To)], or [Done], processes can be deleted by changing the process status to [Input in Progress]. See below for information on changing process status.
4. Cancellation of Process Deletion
You can cancel process deletion if [DELETE] stamp is displayed after you delete a process.
[DELETE] stamp will be hidden after the deletion is canceled.
Below are the steps for withdrawing [Export Shipping Instruction] after deletion is performed.
The procedure is the same for the other processes as well.
1. The user in the From section clicks [Cancel deletion request] from the pull-down menu under the [Menu] button on the process details screen.
2. Click [OK] when the pop-up appears.
3. Confirm that the [DELETE] stamp has disappeared and the process status has changed to [Input in Progress].
A [Cancel deletion request] notification is sent to the user in the To section as soon as the process status changes.
Additionally, the [DELETE] stamp for the relevant process will disappear from the [Trading Manage] screen and each process list screen.
