2.Concept of Main (Primary Role) and Sub (Secondary Role)
A user must have at least one Main (Primary Role) assigned within their organization.
If a user requires the ability to register, edit, and view transaction data across multiple organizations, they can be assigned a Sub (Secondary Role) in addition to their Main (Primary Role). This Sub (Secondary Role) enables them to perform different user roles per organization they are associated with.
3.Limitations on the Number of Subs (Secondary Roles)
When assigning a Sub (Secondary Role), there are no limitations on the number of Subs (Secondary Roles) that a user can have.
4.Priority of Each User Role
If an individual holds multiple user roles, permissions will be assigned based on the following priority order: Company Admin > Approver > PIC > Viewer. For instance, consider a user who holds the PIC (Main/Primary Role) in Organization A and is also assigned the Company Admin (Sub/Secondary Role) in Organization B. In this scenario, the Company Admin role takes precedence over the PIC role, resulting in the user being unable to register or edit transaction data.
