１．Types of Processes
A process is a unit of management that consists of a series of tasks used to communicate information between or within companies.
In the context of TradeWaltz, users can select a “Process” from a pre-prepared list.
Processes are grouped into "Categories" according to their characteristics.
A list of processes and the maximum number of processes that can be created and maintained within a single flow are as follows.
A process can be created in any combination as long as the following conditions are met:
- There is at least one process under a flow.
- The number of processes is within the maximum limit that can be created and maintained within a single flow.
Also, additional processes can be added at any time.
Below are examples of processe combinations.
２．From-To Setting of Process
A process must include From and To settings for the sender and receiver of information, respectively. Only the company role that created the process can set the From and To settings.
Each process can have a single From and a sigle To based on a one-to-one relationship.
The combination of From and To can be set based on its Company Role and Section.

The following is a list of company roles that can be set for From and To for each Process.
There are no restrictions on the order in which the processe is implemented.
Since each process can independently manage its status, any type of process can be executed first.
The following example illustrates the process implementation order in a scenario where only the Issue Contract Process and the Send Shipping Document Process exist within a single flow.
