1. Summary of Notification Feature
TradeWaltz notifications are sent to users when process status updates, pool registrations, or comments with mentions occur. Users can specify any section in which they wish to receive mesages as a condition for setting up notifications.

2. Notification Conditions
There are 4 types of notification timing: (1) when process status is updated, (2) when data is registered in the pool, (3) when comments with mentions are registered, and (4) when attached files are added or deleted.
(1) Transitions of Process Status
When a user updates the status of the process, a notification is sent to the recipient according to the updated status.

(2) Data registration to the pool
The data will be delivered when registered in the letter of credit and marine insurance pools and when the registered marine insurance pool data is linked to the Store Insurance process for the relevant transaction.

(3) Registration of comments with mentions
When you register a comment with a mention in the comment section, a notification and the content of the comment will be sent to the person you have mentioned.

(4) Upload files for the [Contract] process, [Export Shipping Instruction] process, and [Import Instruction} process.
In these processes, notifications are sent when the process status is [Input in Progress] or [Awaiting Confirmation (To)], and a file is uploaded by clicking [Edit Attached Files] in the process detail screen.

3. Confirmation Method
There are two ways to check notifications: on the TradeWaltz screen or by receiving an email.

4. Setting Method
Notification settings can be edited from [Profile] > [Settings] > [Notification Settings] in the upper right corner of the dashboard screen.
