1．Process Status
Process status can have up to six different types, depending on the progress of the process itself. When the approval feature is off, there are four process statuses.The From or To section holds editing permissions for each status.
① Process Status（Approvals feature off）
② Process Status（Approval feature on）
２. Transition of Process Status
The process status transitions are based on the actions taken by the users associated with either the 'From' or 'To' organisation/section. PIC and Approver can perform operations for each process.

Process status is displayed on the [Category] screen or the [Trading Management] screen.
